Support that only shows up after something breaks is a repair service with a monthly invoice. I’d rather keep an eye on your systems and fix the small things — a disk filling up, an update that didn’t install, a backup that quietly stopped — before they become the reason nobody can work.
What I do
- Check your machines and network on a schedule — servers, workstations and network gear, so most problems are caught before your team notices them.
- Answer your team’s questions — the urgent ones first.
- Patches and updates — applied on a schedule that doesn’t interrupt the workday.
- Deal with your vendors — when a problem involves your internet provider, a software company or a warranty claim, I make the call, not you.
